Romania: new employers’ representation structure

Four Romanian employers' organizations - Conpirom, Romanian Employers, the National Union of Romanian Employers and UGIR-1903 - created, earlier this week, a new merged structure. Christened Patrorom, it aims to represent Romanian businessmen during talks and negotiations with the Romanian authorities and foreign financial institutions. (Ref. 110582)

Heavyweight structure. Romanian employers created a new representation structure, Patrorom, aiming to improve the representativeness of heads of businesses in dialogue with the authorities, and in talks with international financial institutions, primarily the IMF, with which Romania signed a preventive agreement last spring.
