SCOR extends its European Charter on professional equality worldwide to the Group’s offices throughout the world (update of an article published on 09 November)

On 07 November, the French re-insurance and financial services company announced it was extending its commitments on professional equality between women and men, initially worked on by the SCOR SE Common European Companies Committee, to all the Group’s offices throughout the world. We take up our article published on 09 November to which we add valuable comment from both Camille Dupuy-Olléon, Head of Scor Talent Management and Alexandre Karadjinov, Head of Industrial Relations France, who kindly agreed to review the group’s latest commitments and related provisions that have been implemented.

The Global Charter signed by Denis Kessler, Scor’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer stems from work carried out almost two years ago with the European representatives and now comprises a geographical scope of international proportions.
