On 11 November, the Slovenian parliament adopted, in an extraordinary session, a bill introducing a mandatory “winter bonus” for all employees. The bonus equates to half the gross minimum monthly wage – meaning a €639 payout for 2025 – and is exempt from tax and social security contributions.
