On 21 February, in France’s second month of its 6-month EU presidency, and during the European Rail Summit, the SNCF Group HR division organized an event bringing all the rail sector’s European social dialogue actors together. François Nogué, SNCF Group Director of Human Resources, looks back on both this meeting that enabled the French railway company to reaffirm its involvement in European social dialogue, as well as on the major social challenges currently facing the railway networks.
Why focus on European social dialogue in the rail sector?
