Spain: bill on gender equality will be adopted before the end of the year

The draft law on equality between men and women should be voted at the Parliament before the end of the year and come into force in March 2007. Among the great innovations introduced by the members of Parliament, the paternity leave of 15 days which will gradually be increased to 1 month within 8 years maximum. (Réf. 061256)
