The National Court canceled some of the provisions of the collective retailing agreement signed by the Fetico and Fasga unions against the CCOO and UGT’s sectoral union federations. The provision allowing pay cuts in case of difficulties was invalidated. The ChtjUGT and Fecoht-CCOO retail federations have won.
