Flexibility in work organization. The agreement specifies that management will dispose of a credit of 6 then 7 working days which may be used, if necessary, to meet orders in production. The number of working days will drop from 213 currently to 212 in 2007/2008 and to 211 in 2009. A calendar will be set in order to plan individual working days and leave for the coming year. This calendar is adjustable both up and down.
