The agreement, concluded in May between social partners (see our article n°6540), is primarily focused on the reform of the retirement system. The text notably provides for the increase of the minimal contribution period, which will be 15 years (5475 days) and no longer 12,8 years as it is today. It extends the benefit of the widow survivor’s pensions to concubines, limits the access to partial retirement, and grants an allowance bonus of 2% per additional year worked.
