Spain : social dialogue blocked on the question of prevention of risks at work

The first meeting of the brand new commission against industrial accidents (Mesa of prevencion of riesgos laborales) - which must participate in the elaboration of a strategy of health and safety at work for the period 2007-2011 – has ended on a blockage. Employers refuse the obligation of territorial union representatives for safety at work, asked by trade unions. (Ref 061166)
