Unions and employers announced that on 25 June they had agreed on the foundations for a framework agreement outlining guidelines for the collective negotiations that are set to take place over the next three years as well as clearing the way for salary changes with the announcement of annual pay increases of around 2%, to which could also be added a further percentage point depending on productivity levels.
