The European Parliament adopts a resolution against discriminations

The European Parliament adopted, on June 14, an own-initiative report in which it draws the attention of the Commission and the Member States on the need to take concrete measures to fight against discriminations. This means especially : to develop a pallet of measurements of positive actions and to facilitate the data-gathering of statistics. Ref. 06627)

Positive actions. European deputies point out the need to give a clear definition of “ positive action” which does not mean “positive discrimination”.
