Veolia, the French water, waste and energy management services group, has unveiled a common base level of social protection for its worldwide workforce, dubbed "Veolia Cares". The programme announced on 11 September, will include base-level measures on parental leave, health and death cover and the opportunity to spend time on charitable or environmental work.
