When companies use mobile phones to recruit their staff

Using your mobile phone or your tablet to make your job application whilst on the bus in Timbuktu or wherever: mobile hiring allows you to apply for jobs any time and from anywhere. This recruitment practice optimizes company career sites via deployment to hand held devices. In the context of mobile recruitment becoming commonplace how do French companies stack up in the smartphone-hiring race? Orange, Carrefour, Colas, and BNP Paribas, all innovating companies in this area, agreed to answer our questions.

Retailing giant Carrefour receives 1 million CVs a year and that just in France.
