France: decrees implementing pension reform published

Several texts relating to the application of France's pension reform were published in the country's official journal on 11 August 2023, following consultation with the Conseil d'État, France's highest administrative court. In particular, they cover improvements to occupational wear and tear prevention and transitions between work and retirement, at a time when the reform will shift the statutory retirement age from 62 to 64.
