Several texts relating to the application of France's pension reform were published in the country's official journal on 11 August 2023, following consultation with the Conseil d'État, France's highest administrative court. In particular, they cover improvements to occupational wear and tear prevention and transitions between work and retirement, at a time when the reform will shift the statutory retirement age from 62 to 64.
Two decrees (2023-759 and 2023-760) outline the new system for preventing occupational wear and tear, provided for by the law of 14 April 2023, amending social security funding for 2023 as part of the pension reform.
