According to a study conducted by the research firm Kantar TNS, 48% of the respondents who shop online choose cash payment on delivery. 31% use online payment or prepayment by bank transfer, and only 3% pay using a mobile device. The study was commissioned by Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa (KIR), an entity of the Polish payment system.
