From March 26 to March 31, the first “Arabian Fashion Week” in Saudi Arabia will take place in Riyadh, with catwalks from Roberto Cavalli, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Harvey Nichols notably, which will feature clothes priced between US$3,000 and US$30,000. “In Saudi Arabia, the median age is 29 and luxury fashion sales jumped by 13% in 2017,” said Jacob Abrian, Director of the event. “Saudi Arabia truly offers a lot of opportunities in this high-end category”.
