The shopping mall developer Central Pattana (CPN) will invest US$158 million to build Thailand’s 1st luxury outlet shopping centre. Called Central Village, it will be located near Suvarnabhumi International Airport, covering 40,000 sq.m GLA of retail space and offering 235 stores, and access to a 200-room international hotel.
