On August 7, 2025, the commercial court approved Beaumanoir‘s takeover bid for Naf Naf (amount undisclosed). At the helm of Caroll, Bonobo, Cache Cache and Beaumanoir (GMV 2024: €3 billion via 2,700 stores), Beaumanoir is taking on 298 of the 588 employees and 12 of the 102 stores. These will be operated under other brands within the group. With positive equity of €365 million and cash reserves of €187 million, Beaumanoir’s offer beat that of Pimkie’s owner, Amoniss.
