On August 7, 2025, the commercial court approved Beaumanoir‘s takeover bid for Naf Naf (amount undisclosed). At the helm of Caroll, Bonobo, Cache Cache and Beaumanoir (GMV 2024: €3 billion via 2,700 stores), Beaumanoir is taking on 298 of the 588 employees and 12 of the 102 stores.
