German discounter Aldi Süd has announced plans to double the number of Board Directors to 6 from January 1, 2018. Current Board Members Peter Ernst, Max Hofmarksrichter and Jens Ritschel will continue. Expected new members include Stefan Kopp (aged 46), current General Manager of Aldi Australia, who will take an advisory role.
