As store closures are accelerating, in May this year Florida officials approved plans to build the largest mall in the U.S.A. Called the American Dream Miami, this will cover 576,210 sq.m GLA for a mall and entertainment complex, creating 25,000 jobs and expecting 30 million annual visitors.
