Armani (2021 turnover of €2 billion, up by 26% vs 2020) with an interior design division, Armani / Casa, has partnered with property developer Arada to create a luxury residential complex in Dubai. The project, called the Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah, was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The sale of these luxury homes on the artificial islands of Palm Jumeirah will begin in the second half of 2023. Construction is expected to be completed by 2026.
