Following in the footsteps of ManoMano (In 2021, 20% of GMV came from business customers), Ikea announced on April 26, the expansion of a new loyalty programme for B2B customers in the USA, Ikea Business Network. The offer, already available in France for one year, is a free loyalty club developed for businesses of all sizes. On April 24, Lowe’s also strengthened a loyalty programme for businesses, MVPs Pro Rewards, with the addition of new features such as online quotes and a dedicated applica
