In Brazil, Carrefour’s largest foreign market by sales, Noël Prioux replaces Charles Demartis. Brazilian businessman Abilio Diniz, Founder of Grupo Pao de Açucar who was ousted from the Board in 2012, now controls 12% of Carrefour-Brazil and 8% of the parent firm.
