To speed up delivery times with a low carbon footprint, Amazon is covering the last mile via high-speed train. In France, on May 14, following a one-month pilot phase in June 2024 and rollout in November 2024, the group announced the movement of parcels via SNCF’s high-speed train between Lyon and Paris.
