After being singled out by the European Commission for price fixing with Gucci, the Kering group announced the sale of beauty division to L’Oréal for 4 billion euros on October 20. The transaction, scheduled for completion by July 2026, includes the sale of the luxury fragrance brand Creed and a 50-year license for Kering’s other brands.
