The U.S. fashion retailer The Children’s Place (TCP) signed a licensing deal with Zhejiang Semir Garment (Semir), parent company of Balabala, China’s biggest speciality children’s clothes retailer. The deal is to open 300 TCP stores in the next 5 years and launch an online business.
