The U.S. company is one of the first to reveal integration of GPT 3, the GPT Chat language model, into its natural language chatbot. According to our information, another project is to have a semi-automated management solution, for online customer review, which will be based on generative A.I.
The Yext platform, dedicated to optimisation of Search experience (2021 revenue of US$390.6 million) is working on launching new features based on the language model used by GPT chat technology. On 15 February, 2023, the firm announced the upcoming launch of “Yext Chat”, an A.I.-based natural language chatbot, which will be available in beta version to customers via a waiting list.
