Mind Retail: For the past 4 years, you have been reselling 2nd hand D.I.Y. equipment. How does this model work?
Emmanuel Bernard: This system (called “Brico Troc”) is on offer at all 37 stores (Entrepôt du Bricolage banner) and works very well. Most of the products bought back go through our integrated after-sales service, even for products that we have never sold. 2nd hand products are reconditioned and offered for sale with a six-month guarantee, which is reassuring for the buyer.
