A new retail project announced by Dubai Holding and Emaar Properties is under way.

Dubai Square is a new retail metropolis built in Dubai Creek Harbour along the historic Dubai Creek. With over 7.3 million sq.m of residential buildings, cultural space, parks and open spaces together with 24 hotels and 300,000 sq.m of commercial space, Dubai Creek Harbour will serve as a strong economic catalyst for Dubai.
