In the U.S.A, the Affirm company which specialises in Buy Now Pay Later (B.N.P.L.) is extending their services with the purchase of Returnly. The specialist in deferred payments combines instant online returns with refund facilities, entering a new and crucial territory for customer satisfaction.
In the United States, the acquisition of Returnly by Affirm is an investment of US$300 million in cash and stock.
The acquisition is expected to complete by the end of June 2021.
