After 15 years of success, the thriving Element Fresh restaurants serving fresh and healthy food are now ready to accelerate. The retailer signed a franchising agreement with VF Franchise Consulting and is now heading to South East Asia with a focus on Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok. “We are also looking at Manilla”, said Mr. Paul Barbone, in charge of the franchised expansion. Vietnam is still emerging, so it is not an easy bet”.
