Torg International and Village Groupe joined forces to enter the Indian market. Village Groupe is one of the leading outlet village companies in India and will partner Torg in opening 3 branded villages by 2025. This joint venture represents an investment of nearly US$100 million, but Torg International is already planning to expand into other new markets.

In early October 2021, the American Outlet Resource Group (TORG) announced a joint-venture with Village Groupe to launch into India.
