It’s the end of a strategic partnership. According to the AMF, Bernard Arnault’s holding company Financière Agache sold the remaining 7.97% stake in the Lagardère group (Lagardère Travel Retail, Hachette, Europe 1, JDD) to Vivendi on June 11. The €271 million transaction is part of the takeover bid launched in 2022 by Vincent Bolloré’s group to take full control of Lagardère.
