According to Floa and Kantar, if payment facilities are growing with a rise of e-commerce, European countries show notable differences. In Germany, the use of deferred payment has tripled in 2022 but Southern Europeans prefer payment in several installments.
According to the second European barometer carried out by Floa and Kantar dated April 11th (8,000 people surveyed online in November and December 2022), Europeans are more and more adept at payment facilities, namely deferred (BNPL) and split payment.
