Enabling customers to pay quickly and simply, without investing in new Eftpos terminals, while controlling the technical and financial risks. These are the objectives of the jeweller Maty, which has made innovation in payment methods a new trademark. The French SME is currently testing the PayWish application, deployed by Market Pay in 5 stores. François Guilluy, Financial Director, explains why.

François Guilluy: Founded in 1951, Maty, a manufacturer and distributor of jewellery and watches, first developed in mail-ordering system. It is part of the family-owned Gemafi group (2021 turnover of €120 million) and has 425 employees.
