The organic retailer Bio C Bon, which owns 158 stores in Europe and 12 in Japan, aims to increase loyalty amongst its customers via innovative services that “warm up the heart but not the planet,” said the company. During July and August, the stores looked after customer plants during holidays and offered free loan of “mölki” games. Since April 2019, Bio C Bon has developed free consultations with naturopaths at 90 of its 126 French stores, a service in high demand by customers.
