Following Whole Foods’s initiative in Brooklyn, BHV department store (part of Galeries Lafayette) inaugurated a 1,500 sq.m vegetable garden in April, with beehives for honey and fruits and vegetables being grown via non-soil agriculture (kiwis, strawberries, hops, etc.). The 1st harvest is planned in June and will be sold in the store. The investment amounts to €300,000
