Gerald Storch, C.E.O. of Hudson’s Bay Co. (HBC), left in November after only two years in the job. The Harvard graduate, former Head of Target and Toys’R’Us, is returning to his consultancy firm Storch Advisors. For HBC, which owns Galeria Kaufhof, Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor, the change is ahead of the critical holiday season and restructuring to boost sales.
