The Pradera investment fund is investing €900 million to purchase 25 retail parks from Ikea Centres.

These cover 538,000 sq .m in Germany, France, Switzerland, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Czech Republic. Ikea Centres is shedding half of its retail parks, which no longer correspond to a strategy to enhance the leisure experience within the properties. This sale should be completed by August 2017.
