URW's shopping centres are rolling out omnichannel features. For the inauguration of a mutualised "click & collect" service in the Forum des Halles mall in Paris, announced in June in mind Retail, we reviewed the performance of the initial system set up at Velizy 2. With 30% of grocery orders, URW and FM Logictics have demonstrated the relevance of such relay points, especially for fresh products.

After pilots in 2020, Unibail Rodamco Westfield (URW) opened a first “Parcel Station @ Westfield” in November 2021, in the parking lot of the Velizy 2 mall, located southwest of Paris.
