After 3 mall openings last year in China, the subsidiary of Ingka Group (whose turnover reached €37.4 billion as of August 31, 2021, up by 6%) is continuing expansion and announced the opening of a 7th mall in Kunming (capital of Yunnan province) on January 24, 2022.

Located in a residential and office district, it will cover 46,500 sq.m GLA with 70 tenants including Tesla, MLB, and Huawei, creating 3,000 jobs. F&B anchorage will be strong, with 40% of the tenants as cafes
