J.C. Penney is targeting young girls by teaming up with the social media star JoJo Siwa, (aged 14). It has launched an exclusive line of girls’ clothes and bedding inspired by the young star, which is currently available on the retailer’s website and will debut in around 600 department stores in early March 2018.
