In the U.K., delivery and locker company Evri (75% owned by Advent and 25% by Germany’s Otto) may have found a new owner in JD.com. Other interested parties include Poland’s InPost (owner of Mondial Relay) and Alibaba‘s logistics arm Cainiao.
