Kuwait’s wholesale membership retail store called “OnCost Cash & Carry” acquired all 20 outlets of regional supermarket chain Gulfmart. According to the C.E.O. of OnCost Cash and Carry.Saleh Al Tunaib, the firm is looking to expand to Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. through partnerships with retail groups. OnCost Cash and Carry, established in 2010, focuses on competitive pricing and e-commerce services. Its Baqal service delivers online orders from customers through the Talabat or Baqal mobile app
