Ingka Centres, a subsidiary of Ingka Group (turnover of €37.4 billion as of 31 August 2021, up by 6% year-on-year) is investing €400 million to develop a first Indian shopping centre. The Group chose Gurugam (Gurgaon, 20 km south-west of New Delhi) for this 130,000 sq.m GLA mall.
