After deciding to end a franchise agreement with Carrefour at the end of December, the Mestdagh family announced on 1st March 2022 that it will join the Les Mousquetaires group.

The company, which became a Carrefour master franchisee in 2010, operates 87 supermarkets (36 franchised and 51 integrated) covering 135,000 sqm of sales area. It reported turnover of €694 million in 2021, i.e., €5,140/sqm. The Mestdagh group will continue to manage 87 stores under the Carrefour Mar
