According to information from mind Retail, a new round of financing has been finalised by the second-hand start-up. In 2024, the latter saw its turnover increase by 64% to more than €2 million, for a much higher GMV. Details here. (article updated on 10 April)
While 2 rounds of funding have completed in green tech (Underdog, the specialist in reconditioned large household appliances, raised €7 million at the end of March in Series A, as did Fairly Made with a €15 million round at the beginning of April), the second-hand start-up, Faume, is entering a new stage of development. Launched in the summer of 2020 and with 30 staff, the business is about to raise ‘between €5 and €7 million in a capital increase’, mind Retail learned from a source.
