Built by Chinese contractor CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation), the construction of the US$136 million Mirkaaz mall in Ajman city, U.A.E., started in January 2018, with an opening for Q4 2019. Covering 37,800 sq.m GLA, it will offer a hypermarket of 15,000 sq.m GLA, about 100 stores covering 10,500 sq.m GLA, restaurants covering 4,100 sq.m GLA, a cinema, botanical gardens and a health centre.
