To improve its e-reputation, Optical Center (700 stores in 7 countries, turnover of €1 billion in 2021) joined forces with the customer review management platform Custplace in January 2018.
It has now collected 50,000 customer reviews, including 15,000 in 2021 and 25,000 in 2022 (i.e., up by 66% in one year). Reviews are collected by in-store sales staff, who invite customers to scan a QR code to access the Custplace satisfaction form. Feedback is also systematically collected by e-mail....
